Finanz Milano visits COIMA: a valuable experience in real estate 🏢
On Friday, February 7, our members had the opportunity to take part in a company visit at COIMA, a leader in the real estate and investment sector. It was an experience we embraced with great enthusiasm, aware of the value of connecting with such a prestigious and innovative company.
The experience began with an introduction by Andrea Tocchio and Pietro Cirielli, from COIMA’s asset and development teams respectively, who explained the strategies and dynamics driving COIMA’s activities in the real estate and investment landscape.
Afterwards, we visited the construction site in Via Tocqueville, a project nearing completion that embodies COIMA’s innovation and vision in Milan’s urban development.
The afternoon continued with an insightful discussion with Luca Scarnati and Jessica Ubbiali from the HR team. We explored career opportunities in the sector and the crucial role of talent and education in building successful professional paths.
The experience concluded with an aperitivo at the COIMA Café 🥂, an informal networking moment that encouraged the exchange of ideas and strengthened connections between participants and COIMA professionals.
