On Tuesday, December 2nd, we had the opportunity to visit Crowe Bompani at their Milan headquarters, a firm that stands out not only for its technical expertise but for its practical, client-focused approach and its strong track record in audit and advisory.
Our journey began with Sonia Bianchi, Associate Partner, who welcomed us and introduced the day by walking us through Crowe Bompani‘s identity, values and strategic positioning. Through her words, we gained a clear sense of what defines Crowe Bompani: a culture rooted in integrity, a strong commitment to quality and a distinctive client-focused approach.
We then entered the world of Transaction Support with Paolo Sabatino, Assistant, who guided us through a detailed and engaging Business Case designed to help us understand how a Due Diligence process unfolds within the broader context of an M&A transaction. Throughout the session, Matteo Tambuzzi, Senior Manager, enriched the discussion with insights and real examples drawn from his professional experience.
The visit continued with an inspiring HR session led by Alessandro Lorenz, HR Manager, who illustrated the company’s recruiting process, the internal growth paths and the collaborative environment that characterizes Crowe Bompani. His perspective gave us a deeper understanding of how the firm invests in young talent and cultivates an atmosphere built on trust, training and continuous development. Later, during the lunch, we also had the pleasure of meeting Sara Tortora, HR Assistant, who further shared the human side of Crowe Bompani‘s culture.
Our visit was honored by the greetings of Alessandro Ruina, Head of the Milan Office, and Giovanni Santoro, Executive Managing Partner, whose presence reaffirmed Crowe Bompani‘s commitment to openness, proximity to people and genuine interest in fostering dialogue with future professionals in the industry.
