On Friday, April 4, we had the opportunity to discover it firsthand thanks to Gianpaolo Sforzin, Investment Banking Associate at Houlihan Lokey, during our latest workshop.
Guided by Gianpaolo, we built an LBO model from scratch, analyzing every stage of the process: from deal structuring to calculating returns for investors.
Beyond the technical aspects, we also had the chance to engage with Gianpaolo on the world of Investment Banking, exploring career paths, the soft skills required in the industry, and receiving valuable advice on how to best tackle future professional challenges.
