On Thursday, November 13th, we had the pleasure of welcoming Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking to our campus for an in-depth workshop dedicated to the world of real estate financing and financial modeling, a sector where analytical precision, strategic thinking and market insight converge to shape the cities of tomorrow.
Our session featured Antonio Padovano, Director of Real Estate & Hospitality Finance, and Shadi Kasr, Analyst in Real Estate Structured Finance, who together guided us through the full journey of real estate transactions from origination to negotiation, from credit analysis to syndication.
Throughout the workshop, students explored the logic behind assumptions, the importance of stres stesting, and the delicate balance between risk and return that defines real estate finance.
